Description: School Psychologist Job Summary: The School Psychologist provides consultation, support and direct assessment of academic achievement and behavioral health within the school environment. The school psychologist serves as a member of school teams to promote and support a safe and positive school climate that optimizes student achievement and outcomes. This is a district wide position. Qualifications: Hold applicable School Psychologist certification by the Pennsylvania Department of Education; have current knowledge of the fields of education, psychology and related disciplines; and have the ability to effectively interact with students and adults in a variety of situations. The South Eastern School District serves approximately 2,500 students in grades K-12 and is located in the southeastern portion of York County, bordering the Maryland line. The district covers over 105 square miles encompassing East Hopewell, Hopewell, Fawn, and Peach Bottom townships, and the boroughs of Cross Roads, Delta, Fawn Grove, and Stewartstown.
