Percent Employed: 50% Months of Employment: 10 Position Type: Continuing Level of Benefits: Partial benefits Pay Range (Permanent positions): State Teacher Salary + [8.5% - 16% local supplement] Position Purpose: To help student learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their educational and social development and enrich their learning opportunities. Minimum Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree (click here for more info about Master's pay) Alternative Licensed Pathways: If you are offered a position with BCS, our licensure specialist can share information on the 1-year Emergency License and later work with you to convert this to a Residency License.
