Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications: New Jersey Certification for Board Certified Behavior Analyst required Certification as a BCBA for a minimum of 2 years (preferred) Experience working in a school setting (preferred) Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Effective: 2026-2027 School Year Benefits: 10 sick days, 3 personal days (prorated if hired after September 1) Health Benefits: Medical, Dental and Prescription insurance for single or family Tuition Reimbursement after 2 years of employment 2 professional development days Salary: As per NBEA Contract (Pending Budgetary Approval) Salary Range: $63,201 - $104,070
