Randolph Community School - Explorers PT Counselor / Support Staff - Summer 2027 REPORTS TO: Community School Program Manager / Explorers Program Staff SUMMER 2027 DATES and TIMES: June 21 - July 23, 2027 (No camp July 5) Exact times TBD; scheduled between 8:00am - 1:15pm COMMUNITY SCHOOL: $20.00 QUALIFICATIONS: Prior camp counselor or relevant experience Experience working with children High school graduate The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, flexible, and comfortable working with children in a camp/program setting. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Part-Time Explorers Program Counselor/Support Staff member provides daily operational and supervisory support for the Randolph Community School Explorers Program. This position assists with camper attendance, administrative tasks, program preparation, dismissal, and lunch supervision while helping ensure a safe, organized, and positive experience for campers and staff. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Take daily AM & PM camper attendance at check-in Assist Explorers staff as needed Assist with the daily Explorers dismissal process Supervise campers during the lunch 12:30-12:55pm Monitor camper behavior and promote a safe, respectful, and positive lunch environment Report any concerns, incidents, or injuries to the appropriate supervisor. *** PLEASE NOTE: Staff will be eligible for a camp tuition fee waiver for their child(ren). *** APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Applications are being accepted on-line through Applitrack until the position is filled.
