QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to provide overall artistic and organizational leadership for the production Must be able to develop the artistic vision Must be able to lead auditions and casting Must be able to direct rehearsals and performances Must be able to coordinate the production team and ensure the production remains on schedule and aligned with school and district expectations New Jersey Teacher or Substitute Certification required Previous Directing Experience required
