Position Available: School Nurse Location: Northern Valley Regional High School - Old Tappan FT/Benefits Eligible/Tenure Track Application Deadline: 12/1/2026 _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Date Available: 12/21/2026 _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Description: 10-month contract with up to 15 additional days required in the summer Demonstrates expertise in school health nursing practices and emergency procedures. Knowledge of community and faculty dynamics, current health issues, and wellness education. Knowledge of health and social services resources Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, non-school health professionals, and social service agencies. Computer literate, organized, and can multitask. Job Requirements: NJ Department of Education School Nurse Standard Certificate A current NJ-registered professional nurse license issued by the NJ State Board of Nursing. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Salary Range: $70,021- $85,888 _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Additional Employment Requirements: Approved criminal history background check for district 3710 Pass the Trash approval Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
