Position Details

Dover Public Schools is a progressive, culturally diverse school district in Morris County serving approximately 3,600 students, Pre-K through grade 12. This 10-month position will perform duties within the authority and responsibility delegated by the Principal. The primary responsibility of this position is student attendance, with a focus on providing all stakeholders with information on the importance of good attendance, identifying at risk students, working with parents, and designing correct action plans for students to ensure their academic success. Additional responsibilities will include extra-curricular activities, school safety, and related student personnel services. DEAN OF STUDENTS EAST DOVER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 2026-2027 Qualifications: Valid New Jersey Teaching Certification Bilingual English / Spanish, preferred Prior experience working with a diverse student population Compensation: $63,335 - $101,035 Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for medical and dental benefits.
