The following posting is available for the 2026-2027 school year: Tenafly Middle School 0.6 FTE Teacher of Spanish Leave Replacement START DATE: Available Immediately QUALIFICATIONS: Valid New Jersey Instructional Endorsement - Spanish Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter, effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities. Ability to maintain a positive learning environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status. BENEFITS: Sick, personal, family illness, and bereavement day allotments are included SALARY: $38,400 - $50,568 The salary range reflects the anticipated base compensation for this position. Final salary placement will be determined based on the selected candidate's relevant education, years of experience, and alignment with the District's negotiated salary guide and/or placement practices.
