Position Details

Gateway School District is seeking a Grade 5 ELA & Social Studies teacher for the second semester of the 2026-27 school year. This is a half-year contracted position, which will receive all benefits under the collective bargaining agreement between Gateway School District and the Gateway Education Association (GEA). The anticipated start date will be 1/11/2026, and the contracted position will end on 6/2/2026, with benefit coverage ending 8/30/2027. Acceptable PA Certifications for this Position Include: Elementary K-6 Elementary Education K-6 Elementary/Middle 4-8 Elementary/Middle 4-8 (English, Social Studies) Required Clearances Act 34 PA State Criminal History Act 114 Federal Criminal History Act 151 PA State Child Abuse History TB Test (no more than 3-months old)
