EASTERN LEBANON COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES POSITION POSTING Eastern Lebanon County School District (ELCO) is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and strategic Director of Human Resources to provide districtwide leadership for the Human Resources function and serve as a trusted advisor to the Superintendent and administrative team. This position is designed for a leader who can build strong systems while keeping people at the center of the work. The successful candidate will lead talent management, employee and labor relations, personnel compliance, workforce planning, compensation and benefits oversight, leave and accommodation processes, and other core personnel functions. The Director will help ELCO strengthen consistency, accountability, service, risk management, and long-term organizational sustainability while supporting a positive and professional workplace culture.
