ANTICIPATED - Long Term Substitute - Child Study Team � Case Manager - (LDTC preferred) Qualifications: Hold a master's or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university; A valid New Jersey Educational Services Certificate or Statement of Eligibility required with the appropriate endorsement as a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant; A minimum of three years of successful teaching experience; Demonstrated knowledge of effective diagnostic assessments, educational prescriptions, teaching methods, and developmentally appropriate classroom activities; Ability to maintain a positive learning environment; Strong interpersonal and communications skills; and Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent in consultation with the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
