QUALIFICATIONS:Required NJ Certification School Counselor. Applicant will be required to sign up with ESS sub service for this assignment. REPORTS TO:Building Principal LOCATION:Hartford Upper Elementary School SALARY:ESS Long term rate starting at $250/day.
