SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER - AUTISTIC SUPPORT

SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER AUTISTIC SUPPORT CLASSROOM ELEMENTARY or MIDDLE SCHOOL LEVEL CONTRACTED Valid PA Special Education Teacher certification is required. Preferred Experience/Skills: Plan and implement specialized programming for student needs related to Autism, including behavioral, social, communication, and sensory Previous experience with elementary students ABA and Verbal Behavior programming In-depth knowledge of the Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) process Design, implementation, and maintenance of Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) Effective organization of ongoing data collection Effective organization of paraeducator support staff to support student needs Effective collaboration and planning with general education staff to support meaningful inclusion Effective parent collaboration WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
