Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university; Master's Degree preferred A minimum of five (5) years experience managing programs for youth Demonstrated knowledge in fiscal and program management Ability to interact well with various district and community partners Ability to ensure required data collection and analysis and maintain appropriate and mandated records Effective organizational, management, and communication skills
