MLL Teacher Part-Time

ESL Teacher The Franklin Township School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated ESL Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment, inspire students, and promote academic excellence. This role requires a commitment to developing engaging lesson plans and adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of Multi Language Learning students. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Assess student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student development and address any academic or behavioral concerns. Stay current with educational best practices and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation. Requirements New Jersey Department of Education ESL Teaching Certification Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff. Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics and foster a positive learning atmosphere. Proficiency in using technology as an educational tool is advantageous.
