Middle School Vice Principal, 12 Months

Position:Middle School Vice Principal, 12 months West Brook Middle School Effective Date:2026-2027 school year Job Goal:To assist the principal in fulfilling his chief responsibility of promoting the educational development of each student in the school. Employment Terms: Twelve-month year; tenure-track position Full-time; eligible for health insurance benefits Terms and conditions of employment to be specified in the negotiated Agreement between the Board of Education and the Paramus Association of School Principals. Reports To:Principal Qualifications:1.Master's Degree in Educational Administration and/or a specific content area 2. New Jersey Principal Certification 3. Experience as a successful supervisor/administrator 4. At least five consecutive years of successful teaching experience. Salary Range:$125,000 - $135,000 Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Evaluation:Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Administrative Personnel.
