Qualifications and Requirements: Certification: Hold a valid New Jersey Special Education Teacher certification. Education: Possess a bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Experience: Prior experience teaching students with disabilities is preferred. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. Knowledge: Familiarity with IEP development and implementation, special education laws and regulations, and evidence-based instructional strategies is expected.
