Demonstrate knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities Experience as an elementary vocal music teacher Piano is preferred. Knowledge of curriculum modifications Demonstrate the ability to use digital equipment for word processing, data management, student information systems, information retrieval, visual and audio presentations, communications, telecommunications, etc. Ability to maintain a positive learning environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary. Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and the community.
