The Elementary ELA District Instructional Coach is a mission-driven leadership role focused on enhancing teacher efficacy and driving equitable student outcomes across Wayne County Public Schools. By collaborating with district leadership and school-based teams, the coach provides ongoing professional development, models evidence-based strategies, and utilizes data to foster a culture of continuous instructional improvement.
