Director of Technology

Director of Technology - The Blue Mountain School District is seeking an innovative, collaborative technology leader to oversee the district’s instructional and information technology programs. The successful candidate will develop and implement a technology vision that provides high-quality, secure, cost-effective, and meaningful technology services for students and staff. Key Responsibilities:Lead district technology strategy, infrastructure, and network management. Oversee technology systems, services, vendors, and implementation. Support the effective integration of technology into teaching and learning. Collaborate with administrators and staff to identify needs and implement solutions. Stay current with emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and educational technology. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology, Information Technology, related field. 5–7 years of relevant experience, including computer network management. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Preferred Experience: PowerSchool, Microsoft enterprise software, Microsoft 365, VMware, Azure, and Google Workspace. Salary: Regionally competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
